Guests love to hang out on the deep front porch and enjoy the majestic mountain views along with the quick and easy access to all Asheville has to offer. The Biltmore Estate is just two exits down the nearby Interstate, downtown Asheville is about a 10 min drive, the Blue Ridge Parkway, with unlimited hiking trails, is about 4 mins away. Warren Wilson College is 5 mins away. The Billy Graham Training Center is 3 mins away. The Azalea / JBL Soccer field complex is 7 mins away. I40 is 3 mins away. Black Mountain is about 12 mins East of the house (only 1 turn required!). The VA hospital is 4 mins away and Mission hospital is about 10 mins away. Doctor's Park is 5 mins away so the house is a great place for travel nurses and other medical professionals.

This newer, fully furnished house boasts 3BR's, 2.5Baths with beds for 6. Beautiful mountain views are seen from almost every window. On clear days you can see the top of Mt. Pisgah. It is conveniently located near shopping and restaurants but doesn't have the noise or crowds of staying downtown.

The home has 3BR, 2.5BA with an open floor plan. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless appliances. Everything is new including the furniture, mattresses, and washer & dryer. The master, with ensuite bath, is on the main level. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms; each with 2 twin beds, which provides flexible sleeping arrangements for families and friend groups. The is one full bathroom upstairs, as well as, a 2nd floor study/work nook. There is a 1/2 bath on the main level. The home is approximately 1750 square feet.

The deep front porch boasts a bench swing as well as lounge chairs, couch and table. It is a great place to hang out after a day of hiking. The fall mountain views from porch are stellar!

The home receives beautiful sunlight throughout the day and is decorated in a nice and comfortable style making it the perfect nest for your Asheville visit!

The house is located in a newer quaint neighborhood with home of similar style just on the east edge of Asheville.
