Winter time activities include downhill skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, snow-tubing, sledding, ice fishing, snowmobiling, horseback riding, hiking, hunting, and sleigh rides. Kids fun zone, arcades, seasonal festivals, dining, shopping, and the Wisp Ski and Golf Resort, within minutes of house.

Waterfront Greens neighborhood amenities include a par three golf course, tennis courts, catch and release pond, miniature golf, clubhouse (all of which are adjacent to this spectacularly located house), sledding hill, and paved roads - perfect for biking and walking. State parks, restaurants, and movie theater are five minutes away.
