As you approach, you'll be greeted by a delightful covered front porch, providing a picturesque view of the majestic mountains. Step inside to discover a warm and inviting atmosphere, where rustic charm meets modern convenience.

The cottage boasts a spacious rear deck, ideal for soaking in the beauty of nature. Here, you'll find a grill for outdoor cooking, a rejuvenating hot tub for relaxation, and a refreshing outdoor shower (available seasonally). Whether you're enjoying a barbecue with loved ones or stargazing under the night sky, this deck is sure to be a favorite spot.

Cozy; would stay again

Perfect for those traveling with a small group. The view from the front porch was very nice, other than 1 small home across the street no other buildings in your field of view, just a green field and trees on a mountain ridge. The only real problem was the hot tub didn’t work. The owners sent a technician out quickly but unfortunately the part required would take several days to arrive so the whole week we had no hot tub. Otherwise I would’ve given everything 5 stars. I asked for a partial refund and the owner did give me what I asked for. They were very quick to respond to any questions I asked them. No problems with any other appliances. I would note that the view from the driveway of the property beside the house is not so nice-looks like several old metal airplane hangers but you can’t see them when you’re on the front porch facing the nice view. Shower water pressure was great especially considering the mountainous area (can’t say the same for a place I stayed in Colorado) so that was unexpectedly nice. The location was private enough to enjoy the quiet but also 15 minutes from places like Walmart when you need to buy groceries or other supplies. Close to many attractions without having to drive too far like Muddy Creek Falls, Savage River area was beautiful and filled with babbling brooks for miles. Note that if you’re not used to hard water you’ll want to buy bottled water especially for making tea and coffee. We had a good time and would stay again.

Everything was great. We just didnt receive check out instructions until 5 minutes before check out and we were gone and skiing so did not do everything as asked.

Very nice cottage

Very nice house and property. Comfortable and clean inside and out. Hot tub was a nice way to end an action packed day at nearby Deep Creek State Park. Great communication with owners.

I knew this stay was going to be amazing since cardinals hold a very significant piece of my heart. The house was cute and cozy. It was exactly as described, but the backyard is amazing. Super Cozy. Amazing front porch view!

This place was absolutely perfect for our little family. The front porch Mountain View was incredible. The host has all light switches and even some cabinets labeled. All very well thought out and was much appreciated! Very close to a lot of awesome things to check out while in the area. We will definitely be back!

Finally a nice place

We like to travel and stay in little cottages just out of towns while we’re visiting friends in the music business we found this cottage to be exactly as advertised and when in the area we will be calling them again if you’re looking for a clean, very casual little bit out-of-the-way setting This place is perfect. Perfect!!

My future fiancé and I booked this place to celebrate our first year together. It looks exactly like the pictures. The hosts are wonderful and beautiful people. Great communication, very responsive hosts, very clean property, small but spacious, washer and dryer was a plus, shopping, food, and activities are within a 20 min drive, beautiful scenery and intimate setting made us LOVE this place. The hosts were thoughtful in stocking the kitchen with dishes and cleaning supplies. All we needed to bring was food and clothes. The hot tub was cleaned and heated the morning before our arrival and I could tell the grass had been treated for mosquitoes( not one bite). My future fiancé had the time of his life, and I am so thankful to have rented from Carol and Ian. 10/10 recommend!!!
