Movenpick is a nice hotel, but it’s old and you can tell. Staff were super helpful and nice, but the hotel in general looks dated. There are broken things in the rooms and the “private beach” could use more maintenance. Not sure if it’s worth the high price tag.

I had a wonderful stay at Mövenpick Resort & Spa Dead Sea. Everything was excellent from the cleanliness of the hotel to the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. Everyone was welcoming, helpful, and very flexible, making our stay comfortable and relaxing. The food was delicious with a great variety of options, and the facilities were outstanding. We truly had the best time and created unforgettable memories. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and enjoyable stay at the Dead Sea.

The front desk person was friendly but unknowledgeable. Though the room was clean, it was outdated the fan never worked and the AC was not cold enough. The shower walls had signs of hidden mold. The pools and the beach access closed so early. The staff were incredibly helpful, polite, courteous and professional. Shout out to Jordan and Jordanians!

Very bizarre check in experience where staff member offered an upgrade then proceeded to negotiate the cost on a piece of paper. A first for me. Felt pretty scammy.
