"Beautiful location and hotel. There were some very obvious discrepancies with what the booked online room showed and what that same room on check-in actually looked like. The room I booked, showed a full window of harbour view, with king bed, it clearly did not state anywhere that it was a city view but showed the harbour in full view through full face window. Upon arriving I was told it was a city view and could not see harbour at all. I did pay more for the room that showed the harbour in...

"The staff are not there all the time, but they met us to let is in. There are lots of items available, for an extra charge. Parking is included, and that is a plus. It is a beautiful home, but very expensive compared to other options. Walkable, if you are in good shape, to downtown. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet."

"I like everything"

"When we got there they noted there were bed bugs on the 4th floor"

"very good"

"Hotel was very clean and super nice staff"

"very good"

"Amazing stay as a solo traveller for a night at the Duckworth hotel. Very clean. Staff was very helpful and kind- there was no front desk but it never felt that way. All communications were clear and easy to follow during the time of stay. The best part is it is pretty central so it’s easy to get around on foot. The restaurant downstairs is also a plus with fantastic staff! I would stay here again any day!"

"That very great hotel. However we saw bugs under the bed; but overall it was very cozy and staff were friendly and kind"

"Clean, breakfast, only thing, because I booked through expedia I could not use their parking lot to park my vehicle while I was gone. Even though I stayed a night when I got back."

"I was one of my best stay"

"Loud - large gap under door means you hear all noises. Bad shower. Way overpriced for the value"
