عناصر نالت الإعجاب: النظافة

Schöne, strandnahes Apartment mit kleinem Manko. Abstriche bei der Kommunikation mit den Anbietern

Schöne Wohnung, tolle strandnahe Lage! Alles wie beschrieben ausser: in der gesamten Zeit kein Wlan verfügbar… „das Netz im gesamten Haus ist überlastet“. Des Weiteren war es leider und unvollziehbar nicht möglich, den zu früh gebuchten Tag (im Nachhinein nicht mehr nachvollziehbar ob mein Fehler oder von der Agentur falsch gebucht) nicht erstattet zu bekommen…..FeWo direkt sagte, das könne nur die Agentur vor Ort machen, diese meinte, das könne nur durch FeWo direkt erstattet werden. Wegen dieser widersprüchlichen Aussagen telefonierte ich 2 Stunden (incl. Warteschleife). Sehr ärgerlich. Also eine Übernachtung zu viel bezahlt bzw. nicht genutzt. Sonst aber wirklich alles gut!
