Sehr freundliches Personal. Preis für Unterkunft auch für Sylt teuer. Eine Klimaanlage-Ventilator wäre hilfreich gewesen. Die am Schluss verrechnete Hygiene-Pauschale von 36.00 Euro für zwei Personen macht trotz Corona eher nachdenklich, auch wenn man den Zimmerpreis beachtet und während 3 Tagen auf eine ordentliche tägliche Reinigung verzichtet hat.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist für die Größe optimal genutzt. Die Dusche ist allerdings sehr beengt.

Der Empfang war sehr angenehm,obwohl Frau Jantzen sich in Ihrer Einarbeitungszeit befand. Die Dame war zu jeder Zeit sehr einfühlsam und unterhaltsam. Zudem waren alle Mitarbeiter wirklich lobenswert! Beim Frühstück könnte man die vielfältigen Angebote von Fisch,Wurst,Käse uns. vielleicht auf mehrere Tage verteilen. Wobei das keine negative Kritik über das Frühstück sein soll! Gerade der frisch gepresste Saft bzw Smoothe hervorragend! Die unterschiedlichen Brötchen und diversen Brotsorten einfach Klasse. Bei mehreren Übernachtungen bleibt das Frühstück dann noch positiver in Erinnerung ;) Danke und ein großes Lob an alle Mitarbeiter!

Ankommen, verwöhnt werden und wohlfühlen

Das Suitehotel Windhuk besticht durch seine zentrale Lage und die Strandnähe. Von außen eher bescheiden mit dem Charme der 70er Jahre ist es insgesamt sehr liebevoll, komfortabel und mit Blick für das Detail renoviert. Man fühlt sich gleich beim Betreten des Hotels liebevoll aufgenommen. Ein Begrüßungsdrink lässt die Strapazen der Anreise schnell vergessen und die herzliche Begrüßung durch Frau Schwegler und ihr engagiertes Team tun ihr Übriges, um sich schon nach wenigen Minuten wohl zu fühlen. Die Suite ist stilsicher, gemütlich und bequem eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts und eine kleine Küchenzeile offenbart neben Kühlschrank und Spülmaschine eine Reihe von Annehmlichkeiten, die zusätzlich zur Obstschale und dem vorhandenen Mineralwasser zum Wohlgefühl beitragen. Die Suite ist sehr sauber und das Housekeeping ist aufmerksam und gründlich. Auf Wunsch lädt auch die Sauna zur Entspannung ein. Das Frühstück ist außergewöhnlich gut. Für jeden Geschmack ist alles appetitlich am Büffet vorhanden. Das Küchenteam bereitet die Eierspeisen frisch zu. Das Serviceteam hält auch Überraschungen für den Gast bereit und erfreut spontan mit Pfannekuchen und täglich frisch gebackenem Kuchen. Besonderen Wünschen der Gäste (z.B. lactosefreie Milchprodukte oder vegane Frühstückskomponenten) wird umfassend Rechnung getragen. Insgesamt lädt dieses Hotel zum Wohlfühlen ein und man hat ein behagliches Gefühl der Umsorgtheit. Der Aufenthalt im Suitehotel Windhuk ist sehr zu empfehlen.
