About 15 km south of Syracuse is the seaside resort and holiday home settlement of the Syracuse province of Fontane Bianche, which offers fine sandy beaches and picturesque rocky coasts.
A 900 m walk from the sandy beach of Fontane Bianche is this elegant and charming villa with private pool. The single house is located within an 800 square meter, completely fenced property which leaves nothing to be desired inside and outside the house

The living space of the house of around 100 square meters is on the ground floor and is elegantly and lovingly furnished with all comforts with a total of three bedrooms for up to six people
Directly from the kitchen you reach a beautiful terrace with a dining table and seating.
In addition to the terrace with dining table already mentioned and connected to the kitchen, there is another attractive outdoor lounge area at the front of the house. This consists of an approximately 35 square meter veranda with seating and a small table, from here you look out onto another spacious terrace with an outdoor grill and pizza oven (wood for an additional charge) where cooking lovers can give free rein to their taste. The terrace also offers the opportunity to set up a table tennis table and spend fun moments.
Simple table tennis bats and balls are available and included. There is also a separate toilet with toilet and sink on the front veranda.
Private pool with integrated whirlpool. A small Mediterranean garden with palm trees, flowers and lawn surrounds the pool and gives the whole thing a natural and harmonious setting. Garden furniture such as loungers and an outdoor shower for two people complete the outdoor living options and the holiday feeling.
