Directly across from the train station and I didn’t hear anything. The staff were very nice and the breakfast was great. I wish that the bed was elevated about 8-10”. It was very comfortable but hard to get out of bed for an old man like myself!

Small hotel right by station. Fairly basic but clean, staff were very helpful and a 30 minute walk to Ortigia. Parking was free and easy opposite hotel.

If you are looking for a hotel which is both well-located and well-run and well-priced, look no further. The hotel is situated opposite the exit of the train station (and close to the bus stops) and about a 20 minute walk through the town centre to the island of Ortigia. The staff are friendly and accommodating, storing luggage and offering a complimentary coffee. The first floor single room was clean and tidy with a comfortable bed and an efficient shower in the bathroom. By Italian standards, the breakfast choice was good and plentiful and a bar is available. All in all, a pleasant stay in a small hotel.
