Staying at Pallazzo Gilistro was great. Staff was super helpful and very nice. We loved our large room and the fantastic breakfast. But the best part was our location. Close to everything. Very walkable. Really nice boutique stay.

Beautiful hotel in the middle of historic Ortigia. It’s so charming and the staff was so sweet and helpful. I could not recommend this hotel more!! Oh, delicious breakfast. The coffee barista was awesome!

The staff was exceptionally friendly. The valet parking service saved our bacon in Ortigia. The breakfast offering was fantastic - something for everyone. Unbeatable location in the middle of the action. Would love to come back someday.

This is a great boutique hotel in the middle of a busy little town. The location is great and the staff was extremely helpful. The room was clean and a nice continental breakfast. I would recommend this cute little Hotel if you’re planning to come here. This town is busy and loud until midnight so if you need to go to bed early, this town is active until late, then you can sleep!

Fantastic boutique hotel, fabulous location with the kindest of staff. They could not have done more to be helpful and make us feel welcome. It’s an oasis of calm (and much needed drop in temperature!) the second you step inside the hotel doors, despite being in a very central location for restaurants, shops and bars. Highly recommend! Thank you for keeping breakfast aside for us after our long trip via Malta due to the closure of the airport!

Great location in the old town and wonderful little hotel. Rooms were v clean and comfortable. The hotel is situated on a little pedestrianised lane containing numerous shops and restaurants. We were recommended a fish restaurant a few meters away and it was excellent. Staff there v helpful in choosing wines to match our food. The hotel staff could not have been more helpful. They arranged for car parking and notifying authorities about waiving fees for entering old town.
