Prestigious apartment with exclusive seaview, located in the heart of Ortigia and a few steps away from the Cathedral.The apartment is situated on the first floor of a historical noble building which has been modernly renovated, yet keeping valuable pieces (such as wardrobes) and artworks. The entrance opens to a hallway leading to a corner kitchen, well-equipped and coming with a breakfast bar and tools, next to which there is a small toilet with laundry. The kitchen overlooks the living area, large and bright, with a dining area, a TV and sofas from where to enjoy an exclusive view over the great harbour and breathtaking sunsets all year round. From the living room, stepping up a staircase, guests can reach a mezzanine with a single sofa bed and a desk.Back to the entrance, a corridor leads to the main bedroom with en suite bathroom, another bedroom with a queen size bed and a third bedroom with a double sofa bed which share a full bathroom with shower.Comforts such as free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating complete the property.Cot and high chair available upon request, at an extra cost of 25€ per stay, per item.For relaxation and sea lovers, Eastern Sicily and the surroundings of Siracusa are the perfect choice. Leaving the ancient Greek city and going toward the south, the best equipped beaches worth of a visit are Minareto, Fanusa, Arenella and Fontane Bianche, whose name is due to the natural sweet spring water and to the unique white sand. Then, In the island of Ortigia there are some equipped solariums (Zefiro and Nettuno), as well as the free beach of Cala Rossa. Going further south, about 30 kms far away from Siracusa, there are amazing and wild beaches: Calamosche, Vendicari with its Wildlife Park and the precious San Lorenzo.
