"I really enjoyed my stay at Aktaion Hotel. The location is perfect, right by the ferry port and within walking distance of Ermoupoli’s restaurants, cafés, shops and main sights. The hotel itself has so much character, with its beautiful antique/neoclassical interior and lovely views of the water. The staff were particularly warm, friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. A charming place to stay when visiting Syros, and I would definitely come back!"

The hospitality is unmatched, from being picked up by the owner, Nicholas, at the port to our toiletries being perfectly organized on a tray when we came back to our room after a long day out. "This is certainly one of the nicest places I have stayed in. My apartment in the 2nd floor was just perfect with a lovely patio with lounge for the evening sun. Stunning views from kitchen and bathroom. I got to see the two other apartments as well and can confirm that all of them are very inviting for another stay. "
