"This adorable house was way cuter and in even more pristine condition than I imagined! It was a delight to stay here. My daughter and I rode the train from Boston, walked through town and also to the hotel. It is a super short walk (up and down a tiny hill) to town for shops, restaurants, galleries, and even the beach. We felt absolutely safe walking after dark as two females. We werenāt quite ready at check out time and the hosts were very accommodating and let us stay about an hour longer, which we greatly appreciated! I believe they live onsite which is a nice comfort feature when having no front office and person greeting you as you arrive. The check-in was very easy and anyone can do it. In fact, the front door was unlocked for us and our room door was open and ready for our occupancy. As we approached the house, my daughter mentioned she felt like a snack and upon arrival she found York Peppermint patties placed several places in the common areas. We wouldāve LOVED to stay another night (or three) but we have to get back to reality!!"

"My kids (10 and 12) and I really enjoyed staying here. The town is adorable and everything is within walking distance. The condo was easy to find and get into, with a cute view of the shops lining the street. The parking situation could be frustrating to some, but we live in a city without off-street parking so weāre used to it. The only day I chose to pay to park was when we went to the beach so I wouldnāt have to lug all of our stuff the whopping .3 miles lol. The rest of the time I parked for free on School street which was also .3 miles from the condo (opposite direction of the beach). There are a few things you should know before you go:ā¢Itās a very old building and the floors are very wonky. Be careful if you arenāt sure footed, it kinda made me feel drunk.ā¢The shower is so tiny! Iām 5ā3/120 and it was tight for me, definitely couldnāt shave my legs in there.ā¢The smell as soon as you enter the building is off putting, very old and musty, however the condo smells fine. I only say this because we drove 8 hours in the rain and traffic, and my first impression was āoh noāā¦. but it was all good once we got upstairs!All in all definitely worth the stay!"
