I would 100% stay here again on my next trip"

"This is a very nice hotel near Shimbashi Station and Ginza, and within walking distance of Hibiya Park and the Imperial Palace. The staff is polite, kind, and very helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel reminds me of the Mark Hopkins Hotel in San Francisco: elegant and from a bygone era (in a good way). There were no laundry facilities; however there is a laundry service. We did our laundry at a laundromat called Guruguru just down the street, which was very convenient. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend."

"Large comfortable room, very clean with great views of the city. We added the daily breakfast which was great! Lots of choices. Central location, lots of dining options nearby, could walk to many places and the train station was minutes away. Highly recommend. "

"The room is a bit tight for 2 person but it has everything that is needed. The tolietries are great and they provide extra at the lobby counter and I thought it was a great idea to be environmentally friendly-that we get what we need. The bathroom is great. The place is quiet, west of the main shinjuku area but a 5 to 8 mins walk to 2 main metro lines. It is good to return to less crowded place after touring around. The best thing is to have a 7 eleven at the basement"
