The stgaff was nice since it was under new management but the room was okay. The ac and ehat was only in the front room of the two rooms and the beds were not that soft kinda hard with two smaller pillows. the bathroom was falling apart but over all its a good place to lay your head and quiet were the best part of it all.
We stayed here specifically to visit our family stationed at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, and the location was absolutely perfect. It made getting on and off base incredibly convenient, saving us a ton of driving time each day.
The rooms are basic but they were clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The staff was very accommodating and understood the unique needs of families. If you are looking for a straightforward, affordable, and highly convenient place to stay while catching up with your service member, this is a fantastic option. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit!
Perfect stopover on our road trip! The room was exceptionally clean, the bed was comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly. It is basic, but it has everything you need for a good night's sleep at a very reasonable price. Checking in was fast and the staff was friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

For the price I paid the room was fine! The property manager is friendly and helpful! It was a very basic room.
The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and there were several restaurants just across the street from the motel. It was a great budget-friendly place to stay.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with our kids. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a family trip. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. Our children felt comfortable and enjoyed the stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel to families looking for a pleasant and hassle-free experience.
Took 15 minutes of ringing a bell for the desk worker to barely poke his head from behind a door and stair at me until I said hello. He then asked me what I wanted in a rude and aggressive manner. The bed had no support. Mattress just sank down and felt bars under bed. Very bad area. Had to sleep with a gun in the room to feel safe. Do not stay here.
This property was convenient because it had a bed and a shower, and I left as soon as I could. Honestly it felt like a motel that people used to take someone for a one night stand.
Also, they wanted $20 in cash for what I don't know, and said I would get the $20 back at check out. I didn't have cash so I used my credit card for it. Not sure if that was ever reimbursed.
If you stay there, bring at least $20 in cash.
They are using the name Extended Stay to trick people into thinking it is an Extended Stay America. The main sign on the street is a totally different name and the place looked very run down and even had at least one car up on blocks in the parking lot. The attendant spoke no English. I left and got a hotel elsewhere.
According to the records I received, they claim I checked in on 7/3 and checked out on 7/5. This is a lie. I never checked in at all.
When I arrived, the motel and room were in substantially different condition than what the listing and photographs represented. I could not stay because I did not consider the room clean, sanitary, secure, or reasonably habitable.
Upon arrival, I observed several serious problems, including:
• The exterior of the property was dirty and poorly maintained, with trash, cigarette butts, discarded or misplaced floor mats, and generally unsanitary conditions.
• The room itself appeared dirty and had not been adequately cleaned.
• There was a substantial gap of approximately two inches underneath the entrance door, creating a security concern and potentially allowing insects or rodents into the room.
• The window air-conditioning unit was extremely dirty and did not appear to be working properly.
• The sleeping area was extremely dark and lacked adequate functioning lighting.
• The bed appeared unclean and was provided with only one pillow and a very thin blanket.
• The overall condition of the room was dramatically different from the clean, bright accommodations shown in the advertising photographs.
I have photographs documenting the actual condition of the property and room, including the entrance, door gap, air-conditioning unit, exterior walkways, and other conditions that concerned me
This was not simply a matter of personal preference or dissatisfaction with the décor. The room I received was materially different from what was advertised.
I can barely give it a one star rating. The bathroom smelled like mold and musty the entire time with the exhaust fan on the whole time. There is no towel rack in the bathroom, and the towels were worse than the one we use for our dogs. The soap was two little pucks, and the shampoo was a little simpler pouch. The bed frame was metal and exposed. The mattress was a spring mattress with no cover. You could feel the springs. The walls had some of the worst patch jobs I have ever seen.
It was extremely noisy day and night. Neighbors don't respect parking spots. And management let themselves in the room because they heard noise two rooms down. Unannounced I might add.
The curtains are see thru so you have no privacy.
The AC unit looked like it came out of the 1960s. There are loose cables hanging in the room. The are so lazy to remove them, they just painted them instead.
I can not, and would not recommend this to anyone.
