"There was no hot water in our stay at the tail end of winter. The electricity went out at 2 am. The property was amazing but if you’re staying to be close to downtown this property is 20 mins away by car. In the summer our issues may not be as critical but in 50 degree weather it was an ordeal to shower with ice cold water. "The house was perfect! A 3min walk to amazing swimming, and a close drive to small charming villages as well as more bustling Marzamemi. Roberto and his wife were there when we arrived, easy to communicate with, and helpful. WiFi did go out once, however he was very attentive and checked in until it came back on. I also asked for recommendations for restaurants and he got back to me immediately. I'd absolutely recommend this spot to my friends, and would stay here again. "
