Welcome to Grainger, a comfortable and updated family-style Tahoe home located in the desirable Dollar Point neighborhood. With a fenced backyard, cozy living spaces, updated finishes, and room for the whole family, this home is a great choice for a relaxed Tahoe getaway. The main level opens into a warm great room with plush couches, a gas fireplace, flatscreen TV, DirecTV, DVD/VHS player, CD player, and games for family nights in. The dining area seats 6, with additional seating at the kitchen counter.
The living room flows into the updated kitchen, which is fully equipped for preparing meals at home after a day at the lake, on the trails, or on the slopes.
The main level includes two bedrooms, both with TVs and wireless DirecTV. One bedroom has a queen bed, and the second bedroom has two twin beds. A full bathroom is located between the two rooms.
Upstairs, you’ll find another bedroom with two twin beds and a TV/VHS and wireless DirecTV, plus a second full bathroom. At the end of the hall is the spacious primary bedroom with a king bed and a small lofted area overlooking the living room, with a peek of the lake.
Enjoy the fenced backyard and back deck, complete with a patio table and propane BBQ available during the summer months. The yard and pet-friendly setup make this home especially convenient for guests traveling with a dog.

- All homes are equipped with high-speed internet unless otherwise noted in the property description; however, during peak travel periods, speeds may fluctuate due to increased demand throughout the Tahoe area.
- Winter access: Chains or snow tires are often required in winter
- BBQs (propane) are not provided during winter (November–Memorial Day). Charcoal grills are banned in our area.
- Firewood is not supplied during the summer months (Memorial Day through October)
- Shampoo/conditioner/bodywash are not included
- Most have supplies like flour, sugar, salt & spices, but these are not guaranteed items
- We do not provide additional towels for beach use and encourage renters to bring them for summer stays
- For all dog-friendly properties, there is an additional fee of $100+tax per dog.
- Placer County STR rules: The county of Placer implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Fines range from $1,500- 5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance. A full list of rules is attached as a photo in this listing.
Some Highlights include: Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound are to be used at any time. Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside a property, and all pet waste must be picked up. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
