**DOGS CONSIDERED**

Welcome to one of our favorite homes!

This wonderful dog-friendly Tahoma house boasts beautiful modern construction, a hot tub, a jacuzzi bathtub, internet, fully fenced yard, and is in a woodsy setting. Located 15 minutes South of Tahoe City and 15 minutes North of Emerald Bay. The Tahoma (TCPOA) HOA Beach and Pier are within easy walking distance, just over 1/2 mile away. Buoy's are also available for rent.

This two story home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The upper level has the master bedroom with a King size bed and private full bath with a jacuzzi tub. The open kitchen and living room with rock fireplace are also on this level. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed, and the 3rd bedroom with two sets of bunks all located on the lower level. The home has newer beds, and TV/DVD in nearly every bedroom. ROKU has also been recently added to the house.

The home has a large upgraded kitchen, stainless appliances, and dining table for 10. Upscale mountain decor throughout the property. Lovely house - we highly recommend this Tahoma treasure! The home owners have provided an extra large dog crate in the garage (cannot be removed). Electric grill available on the deck during summer.

Bedroom 3 - Downstairs, 2 Twin Bunk Beds

Must be at least 25 years old to rent.

Prior approval is required to bring more than one dog to any dog-friendly property. All dogs must be at least one year old and must not be left unattended at the property unless crate trained. No pets other than dogs are allowed at any of our pet-friendly properties (no cats, birds, ferrets, etc.).

*PLEASE NOTE: If you are bringing a dog to our dog friendly property there is an additional fee of $100+tax per dog.

Our properties do not have air conditioning.

Please note that this property has a noise devise that monitors excessively loud noises per county compliance.

BBQs are not provided during winter months (November to Memorial Day)

CHAINS OR SNOW TIRES ARE OFTEN REQUIRED IN WINTER. PLEASE BE SURE TO READ OUR WINTER DISCLOSURE, PROVIDED WITH A RENTAL CONTRACT ONCE A RESERVATION IS MADE.

West Shore Gem

My family and I had a great stay at this gem of a property! It was clean, had everything you need, and more than enough space. We were able to all hang out comfortably in the open floor plan of the main living space to have meals and play games. It was also close to the beaches. Highly recommend!

Beat the heat trip with the pups

My husband and I took our dogs up to Tahoe for a few days to beat the heat in the valley. The house was great. Super comfy. The furniture was all new and really cabinish! Our dogs loved walking the neighborhood and trips to the many dog-friendly beaches and restaurants nearby. For pet owners...the backyard is fenced, however there is no access from inside the house. You need to go out the front door, down the stairs, around the side of the house to get into the yard.

Wonderful winter home with dogs

Our family loved the community, the central location on Tahoe, and the nearby park. Our dogs also loved the place, especially with three feet of snow to play in. Despite the snow, the two-car garage, covered entry, and driveway plowing made it easy to get in and out.

Lovely home in Tahoma

Wonderful Lake Tahoe getaway

We capped off our camping weekend with a bit of cabin luxury. The house was perfect for two families, and I especially appreciated that it was well-equipped. The hot tub was also great!

Pictures not always accurate

Great location and Cabin, very welcoming, could use better furniture, couches are pretty used up and not comfortable. When it snowing, would be nice to have the gate to yard open and close, the cabin is advertised for pets however yard was unable to be closed in for your pet. Was told that the ice would be removed so our pet could be in the yard and it never happened, instead a shovel was dropped off, not that cool to handle it that way. D. Family

Beautiful cabin!

This was a great place to stay. Very clean and open floorplan. The beds were very comfortable too. Only complaint is the bottom bunk bed room smelt like cat litter. The other rooms all were clean and no pet odor.

The property management company was great to work with and was available via text with any questions that we had. The home comes well equipt with anything we needed for a weekend stay. The home was clean and cozy. The hottub was amazing. I cannot say enough about this home.

Great Family Weekend

Well maintained family home

We loved this house. We stayed in the winter and walked to Sugar Pine and skied at Homewood. Great location and comfortable house. The kitchen has all the basics and is easy to work in. Loved the big, open great room that allows all to visit while playing games etc. Would stay again!

Beautiful, clean home!

This rental easily accommodated our family of 7. The house has a well stocked kitchen, but I would recommend bringing extra utensils if you have a large family as we quickly ran out of forks/knives after one meal. While dog-friendly, we had no problems with fur/hair. Property management was friendly and helpful. You have to pick up and drop off the keys at their location in Tahoe City— so plan your arrival and departure times accordingly. Great place to stay and will stay again!

Truly wonderful, relaxing, perfect stay at this Tahoma cabin this summer. Great location in the middle of Tahoma. Hot tub on upper deck is absolutely fabulous !! Very spacious, updated home. WiFi very fast. Met all our expectations. Thank you for a wonderful time !
