"good staff and clean room. location is good, very close to metro. the room has balcony but the door locked and we can't even get out to balcony to take a picture of Taipei 101! I asked staff but all she said was you can't get out to balcony. not sure why!"

"The gym was pretty sparse even for a hotel gym, but everything was super clean. The laundry machines were super convenient, and the luggage storage was super nice to have. Everything is super clean and well maintained. I would definitely come back. It's a great location next to the mrt and late night food options everywhere."

"They would not let you check in until 3pm even if the rooms are ready. Strict 3 pm check in time is not friendly at all. The hotel is great for sure but I would rather stay in Hotel W as they always let you check in whenever they can. Hotel W actually TRY."
