"Very clean hotel and friendly staff"

"Excelente estancia. El hotel no es muy acogedor ni se siente ambiente familiar. Su apariencia es más bien de hotel ejecutivo. Pero cumple con todo lo que promete. Muy limpio, buen precio, buena ubicación, el personal amable y servicial. Lo recomiendo totalmente para estancias breves de turismo o de negocios."

"Very clean room Breakfast delicious and amazing staffing"

"Very nice big room with excellent service good breakfast nice location"

"Rooms were amazing size and with everything you would want"

"Exceptional service! We lost a phone in a taxi at 2am and the staff assisted in contacting the driver and recovering the phone quickly. They went above and beyond. They also do laundry for free, and we had breakfast included. The location is great for accessing tourist sites, and there are many food options nearby. Would highly recommend!"

"Amazing staff very friendly and helpful "

"Advertised as a private room but was actually a dorm (same story reported by other travelers). Sheets instead of curtains. Told off for talking at 11pm. Noisy repairs underway from 7am. Floors never swept, tables sticky. Gave the property 3 days notice I would be leaving early but they still refused even a partial refund for the remaining nights, leaving me hundreds of dollars out of pocket. Absolute money grubbing. Stay away."

"Great location, very friendly staffs."

"Excellent Hotel overall. Especially for the price."

"Location is perfect, and in such a big city like Beijing this is very important. The hotel is very clean."

"Breakfast is wonderful. Coffee, hot water, microwave and self laundry are very convenient."

"Great location! Friendly staff with easy check in/out. Hotel is next to a large mall where you can do some good shopping and eat breakfast or coffee at the cafes inside the mall. Across the street is more shopping …"

"Average - facilities are a bit old"

"staff are friendly. Clean and good for the price. Many restaurants around."

"Great hotel!"

"Room was small, but cozi. Had all the amenities. The stuff was very good, polite and helpful. Room was clean, fresh clean towel. Very quiet at night, couldnt hear any ouside noise. Just one small thing. For some reason the GPS map was having a hard time locating it. But after I checked in I kind of found a way to get around. Also, thank you very much to the staff, they let me check in and go to my room as early as 9:30-10am. Really appreciated that. But after i checked in"
