"We stayed the hotel as the closest one to our last destination on the day. We preferred the one with hot springs but we discovered it has man-made hotspring which was good enough for me to enjoy. The hotel seems to be popular for male businessmen much less female guests so that the I had a big public bath on my own. "The location is excellent by being close to trains, buses, and department stores. The room was tiny but clean. There was no safe to keep your valuables, or a microwave in the room. It was a bit odd to heat up your food in another floor and take it to your room using an elevator. The room cannot be used between 10am and 3pm if you want it to be cleaned, which was a major inconvenience forme."

"Was in town briefly for a wedding. The staff were incredibly hospitable and helpful. The room was satisfactory, though small by North American standards. Everything was okay - nothing stood out as bad. The staff were absolutely amazing though!"
