Top Talkington Trail Hotel Reviews
Buffalo Cabin - Near T.R.N.P.
10/10 Excellent
"Overall great place to stay."
Trappers Inn & Campground
10/10 Excellent
"This is not a luxury hotel. It's a traveler's motel right outside a national park. But the room was exceptionally clean. The bed was comfortable. Everything was very quiet. And the restaurant on the property serves good basic food (Pizza, burgers, breakfasts, etc.) at a reasonable price. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Luxurious? No. But I've been in "luxury" hotels that were not as clean as this one."
Teddy's Log Cabin Sum
8/10 Good
"This cabin was perfect for our short stay in North Dakota Medora area ! Just a short scenic drive to Medora and the Roosevelt National Park! Kyle was quick to respond to messages. Perfect Host! Great location! Great price! Cozy cabin !"
Mini Cowboy Cabin

Homestead Lodge in Belfield, ND
10/10 Excellent
"9 senior book club members enjoyed the stay. No hangers in bedrooms was noted. Nice dining room fit us all. No Kleenex and no kitchen towels. No wine glasses or opener (No lift on the stairs……no valet…..hee hee)"
Cherokee Camper in Belfield
8/10 Good
"Host, Kyle was very attentive. Convenient location between South and north units of park. Clean. Two drawbacks were power went out and maintenance had to come and shower did not stay hot very long. We enjoyed our stay."
Elkhorn Cabin Summary
10/10 Excellent
"Communication was great, the campground was quiet. Great price and great to see a place so pet friendly. Oh, and the pillows were top notch. Only thing that would make it extra nice is some chairs/table for sitting outside to enjoy the gorgeous weather."
Fully Equipped Camper-Quiet Campground near Medora
8/10 Good
"Quiet, away from the bustle of Medira, but close enough to enjoy restaurants there. Liked the location between the North and South sections of the park."
Cozy House in Belfield
8/10 Good
"We are a family of 5 and needed a house to rent for a family trip to TR National Park. The house was clean and all the appliances worked, it was convenient for visits to Medora and both park units. Be aware that the third bedroom is in the basement down some steep steps so it might not be suitable for some people. The third bedroom was also a bit noisy due to the plumbing in the adjacent basement bathroom; bring earplugs if the sound of running water will wake you up at night."
