Stylish and trendy, this NEW Construction 3/3 townhome boasts brand new designer furnishings and is the perfect place to stay for group trips! This spacious condo with pool access is close to campuses, downtown, restaurants, shopping, and offers easy access to I10 and the airport. Enjoy Tallahassee's natural beauty and historical points of interest nearby, such as the multiple museums, Maclay State Gardens, San Luis Mission, Wakulla Springs, and even the short drive to the Gulf.

This home is professionally managed by Rent With Integrity. We will provide you with contact information for any needs that arise. We ask all of our guests to complete a pre-arrival form and sign a rental contract after booking. You will be sent a link to complete each of these quick items after booking.

Your stay will come with a Waivo damage waiver. Please see your rental agreement for more information about what your damage waiver covers.

Location was fantastic - very easy drive to FSU and Doak Campbell Stadium. Host was communicated constantly and was very flexible and helpful. We all loved the place and it was very clean and comfortable.
