The property definitely did not meet our expectations: especially the accommodation. Don’t know where to start : Loose electrical wires - inadequate plumbing : old outdated and almost impossible to get a medium hot shower The hairdryer did not function and looked really dirty and no alternative was offered and its fitting on the wall was loose . The mattress was the most uncomfortable I have ever slept in and after 4 nights my back is in pain . The terrace door did not lock so my wife really was feeling unsafe and when we spoke with reception the acknowledged the issue but said all rooms had the same issue . The noice despite the hotel being more a a quiet family hotel was really bad as you could hear the people talking both from the other room but also coming from the outdoor through the terrace door. The small fridge was making a lot of noice. The breakfast was poor as: No orange juice, very little sweet options and most were dried up unappealing biscuits like the cold very hard mini churros . Also the breakfast room was too small so we had to wait for a table .Why not use the outdoor space more and surely people would enjoy that more. Only positive was the friendly waiter who served us in the bar pool area who was really kind and helpful. The pool area is nice and with a bit more investment and commitment from management this could be a nice little family hotel but surely not a resort as the name Coral beach resort misleads you to believe.

Serviço lento com poucos funcionários. A piscina é excelente, mas estava com uma espuma suspeita na superfície. O banheiro estava com cheiro forte e era bem pequeno.

Talvez se não fosse um hotel confortável o saldo da viagem não teria sido positivo, porque a cidade em si, não agradou muito. Em relação ao hotel, o que mais deixou a desejar foi a comida, tanto o café da manhã quanto as que são servidas no restaurante, não agradou nenhum de nós! Banheiro estava com um jeito ruim de retorno, mas isso pode ser um problema restrito ao quarto. Piscina ótima, a parte da praia onde está localizada boa pra banho também.

O hotel é muito bom! Além de ser praticamente "pé na areia", a cama é confortável, o café da manhã é muito bom e o atendimento é excelente! Tenho uma sugestão de melhoria: permitir a retirada de toalhas extras na área da piscina. Fora isso, sugiro mais atenção com a higienização do azulejo do banheiro.

Fiquei decepcionada. Reservei quarto com varanda vista mar e nos colocaram no vista jardim. Quando fui procurar informações da situação, fui informado que tinha recebi um quarto maior e que nos colocaram nesse por estar com criança. Contudo vimos muitos casais com criança da mesma idade, em quartos com vista piscina ou vista mar. Ou seja, não foi nos dada a opção de escolher um varanda térrea vista piscina pelo menos. A limpeza dos quartos deixa a desejar pois vimos teias de aranha e poeira, bem como encontramos uma cápsula de comprimido embaixo da bancada de escritório ( com o risco do meu filho pegar e ingerir sem querer). O que achamos bom: a praia ser bem na frente é muito próximo das barracas da orla de Tamandaré.

O hotel é muito lindo, a praia de frente para o hotel é incrivel. Mar calmo, parece uma piscina. Estrutura e alimentação ótimas. Boa localização. Unico ponto é o chuveiro do quarto, saia pouca agua. Sinalizamos mas disseram que nunva ninguem havia reclamado e nada fizeram. Deu pra tomar banho mas nao estava incrivel. Voltaria mesmo assim
