"The modern hotel itself is a great facility set in a modern library setting with a variety of interesting books free to peruse. "This place is ideal for a family, it’s right off a train station, close to Shibuya but not Shibuya pricing. Clean, quiet, and enough space to house a family of 5. Would go back in a heart beat."

"I booked a smoking room and I got a smoking room. The air cleaner in the room works great and the room is bigger than normal JR hotels. Everything is nice about the hotel. I have been staying in JR East hotel Mets for sometime now and I am beginning to get hooked to it.
If I were to nitpick, I do need to carry my luggage up a few steps twice to get to the lobby of the hotel. Not a deal breaker but for smaller ladies who are not so strong, do take note.
