"This hotel is in a good location, with the University of Coimbra Library and other attractions just a 15–20 minute walk away. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay.
While the overall stay was pleasant, the property could benefit from better maintenance. One downside for international travelers is that the room did not have a safe to securely store passports and other valuables. The lighting in the room was also quite dim, and brighter lighting would make the space feel more comfortable and inviting.
Overall, it's a decent place to stay because of its convenient location and excellent staff. With a few maintenance improvements and the addition of in-room safes, it would provide a much better guest experience."
