Before we arrived, we had good communication with the hotel. The stay was also good. However, we forgot a necklace in the hotel room and since then we've tried to reach the hotel for assistance without being able to get hold of them. It's a huge disappointment as the necklace had emotional value, and to not even respond is below any expectations. Something that could have been a pleasant stay became the biggest disappointment of the trip.
