Our fully-furnished homes are ideal for monthly or extended stays, with full kitchens, granite countertops, and in-unit laundry. Stay energized with a yoga studio, saltwater pool, and spin room, or kick back by the outdoor fireplace.
All guests will need to pass CLEAR identity verification and a background check, we'll look for no evictions, collections, or criminal records.

For stays of 30+ nights, Landing also requires SSN - a soft credit check will be performed only on the primary guest. We look for a 550 credit score.
