Great 3/2/2 private home w/pool and screed lanai, located on canal. Fully furnished including dishes, linens. Canal has direct boat, kayak access to Tampa Bay. Local company will deliver rental kayaks or rent in county park close by. Sometimes you can watch the manatee & dolphins swim by! Great location to get to St. Pete, Clearwater or Tampa! 12 miles to beach (Honeymoon Island). 15 minutes to Busch Gardens-Lowry Park Zoo—MOSI—Aquarium. Minutes to the Tampa Trail -- great biking, walking and rollerblading. Close to several malls and numerous restaurants. House is located in NW Tampa-- 10 miles from downtown Tampa, 1 hour from Disney, 10 minutes to Tampa International and 10 miles to Honeymoon Island Beach.

The house is furnished with 3 queen beds for sleeping accommodations. Split plan- two bedrooms share on bath at one end of the house, the other bedroom has a private bath and is at the other end of the house. The living room has flat screen TV with WIFI . Six person MAX. Dogs considered, NO LEASING AGENT, please .

House rules :
The house is recently renovated with brand new appliances . Do require the guests to keep the place clean and take out trash at the end of stay . Trash day: (black trash container)Wednesday n Saturday with Monday for recycle trash ( blue trash container)

No sanitary products nor Wipes into toilets . Please do rinse all the dishes prior to loading into dishwasher. No meals or left over into garbage disposal in the sink . No dragging objects across the floor which will cause scratch marks on the floor . The floor will be slippery when wet ; so please keep it dry . All linens n towels are washed in hot water ; all door konbs are wipped with disinfectant. All bathrooms, bathtub n shower r cleaned with clorox bleach after 1st round of cleaning. There disinfected spray, wipe, bugs proective spray, n sunblock available in the house . Beach chairs , beach umbrella, n umbrellas r also accessible as well . The house is fully equipped with cooking needs . Master bedroom bedside touchable lamps to turn n off have USB ports for charging ur smart devices. Living room lamps are touched one with USB ports as well . Each room has remote control for ceiling fan . Pool light switches by the small sliding door can rotate through different colors . Saline pool water is soft n easy for swimming. The house is kept at 75F ; thermostat may adjust to 72F for sleeping with remote controls ceiling fan of each room for comfort.

Stocked very well with kitchen supplies, appliances, linens and outside water toys. Quiet neighborhood. Close to food and activities. Pool was so clean! Our age group is 63-75 years old. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Birthday

In town for surprise birthday party for family. We stayed at the house(siblings and spouses) and had everything we needed. Close to groceries and entertainment. The pool was great and used the entire time. Stocked better than most places I’ve stayed. Thank you!

Town n Country

Great place, in the canal. Clean, comfortable, quiet. The pool was perfect. People in our group enjoyed fishing off the dock, but was just catfish…still enjoyable! Good location..far enough away from the hustle..close enough to everything. Thank you!!

Relaxing family vacation

We chose this place because it was convenient to George Steinbrenner Field. We saw 5 baseball games this week so the location was great! Also convenient to Target, Walmart, grocery stores, restaurants & everything we needed. The pool was so refreshing and loved sitting on the dock reading & enjoying the surrounding beauty & peace & quiet. All of the provided amenities were awesome! Highly recommend and would love to come back

Very Disappointing!

We were surprised & frustrated to receive last minute notice that the pool was inoperable and upon arrival it didn’t appear to have been maintained. This was one of the main reasons we chose this property & finding out so close to arrival that it wasn’t available significantly impacted our plans and enjoyment. Additionally, we discovered there was no electricity in one of the bathrooms and along the one wall in the kitchen. This is a basic amenity that should be fully functional, and the lack of it caused further inconvenience. The owner did give us a small refund and did offer to send someone out but since we were only there for 3 days for my daughter’s college graduation we didn’t want to deal with it.

Good family stay

Lots of bedrooms. Several large tables. Unfortunately, toilet clogged in one bathroom on day 5 and pool had algea so not really usable. Lovely view out the back from the house and on the dock.

Filthy

This place was very filthy and infested with roaches. We had to leave the property and get a hotel room at considerable expense. I will be demanding most of my money back. The pool was the only bright spot but the nasty house and roaches made it impossible to stay. Shame on these people

My check in was a day from hell. AC was broken n house was very warm. Host could not be reached for about an hour. I had to stay in a hotel the first night. Host did get a AC repairman there quickly to fix AC

Not what we expected

Nice house for 2 couples to have privacy at each end of the house . Easy checkin. Peaceful location on the canal. But (although we were told that we COULD dock our boat at the house after we launch it nearby at the causeway), we were NOT able to dock boat at house bc the canal waters are so low, that the boat would bottom out and get stuck especially at changing tides!. The kayaks were nice but no life preservers.(?) And we had to find a ladder to get access to the water from the high dock(which we found in the garage).Although plenty of big pool and bath towels were available, it was definitely lacking linens and paper supplies (not one personal face cloth only smelly dish rags; no extra pillow cases for the extra pillows -I needed to use; no p.towels, napkins, tissues and had to search for a tp toll.)Lights in kitchen not working. But the kitchenware is well stocked. Nice pool and screened lanai. And the dock is a sweet fishing spot. Dolphin sightings!It was MOST disappointing that we were interrupted by the cleaning crew at 9:40am on our last opportunity to rest before leaving at our appointed 11am checkout. Not cool. Ps... cleaning crew does not really do a good job as there was dog hair on most of the furniture and floors were dirty. Plus we found bugs (palmetto ?)upside down in kitchen , and other areas of the lanai as well. Ewww.Overall, we were able to enjoy our time, but wont return or recommend bc it seems to be inconsistent with the advertisement.

Birthday Fun

Our son leaves nearby. This place is nearby so very convenient for us. A relaxing home with a great kitchen! Great location to yummy restaurants. Everything was easy about this rental! The management was friendly and informative. Oh and the pool! Yes , we will be back.

Great potential

The property is undergoing renovations with a few hiccups. The kitchen is great and the pool area very enjoyable, the gas grill is a convenient feature. Don’t expect to use the kayaks unless you can figure out how to get them, and you, in and out of the water from the dock (no ladder). For the start of our stay, the cold water had no pressure. The owner got us in contact with John, the maintenance man. He was super nice and spent the day fixing the sinks and showers. Then we learned the washer had no water pressure unless you wanted all hot water, so we weren’t able to do laundry, as we had packed expecting to do laundry. A dresser or even shelves in the closet of the 3rd bedroom would be a plus. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient. A little mix up at the end with where to leave the keys- the house manual differed, but we had already left. Overall ok stay.
