Located on a Ruskin inlet that leads to Little Manatee River and Tampa Bay.
A private dock where you can see dolphins, manatees, rays, birds..!

Back of the house has expansive lanai with beautiful views of the property and the canal. There's firepit, BBQ grill, and a gazebo near the canal where you can relax after a long day.

Interior is spacious with a pleasant decor; modern stainless steel appliances and comfortable superior furniture. Cozy bedrooms and inviting living area.

No smoking inside the house.
Guests can smoke outside with the doors and windows closed.

Bring your own fishing rod(s) and obtain needed license if you want to fish from the dock. Fishing license needed for those 16 years or older. More info, https://myfwc.com/license/recreational/faqs/

Only luggage and registered guests are allowed inside the house.
Please leave outdoor equipement outside under back patio.
Guests can open side gates to access the back.

Great get away

The place was spotless and communication was great. We loved the layout and decor. The large screened in porch was great for coffee and watching the river. It felt like we were at home on vacation instead of a hotel. We would stay here again.

Lovely home

Neil's Ruskin home is lovely. The beds and seating are comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped. We enjoyed taking the kayaks out (after signing a waiver). We would return.
