Waterfront Condo in Apollo Beach !

This beautiful fully rehabbed condo in Seaglass Resort was designed and furnished professionally in 2022. The condo boasts a modern beach vibe making you feel right at home, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, and best of all located on a waterway with a beautiful water view! Only a 5-minute walk to Tampa Bay. Located in the quaint town of Apollo Beach, FL It's perfect for your next vacation getaway. Circles Restaurant is walking distance with gorgeous sunsets and great food! Manatee Viewing Center is right around the corner with tons of marine wildlife.
Centrally located to Tampa, St Pete, and Sarasota. Bahia beach located in little harbor is only a 15 min drive away with great dining and sunset views.

• No smoking
• No parties or events
• No Trailers, Boats or RV's allowed on premises
• Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM
• 3 night minimum may apply.
• Nightly rate based on standard occupancy rate, additional occupancy fees may apply.
• Hourly rates may apply for early check in or late check out.
• For a confirmed reservation, it is mandatory to submit a comprehensive guest list by email.
• Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival.
•We are happy to accommodate pets for a fee. Fee is based on per pet per stay, for stays of up to 7 nights, a one-time fee of $150 is applied and paid separately after booking confirmation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional fee per pet will apply for each succeeding night. Cats require a refundable $1000 deposit. Please contact us before booking to inquire about the applicable pet fee, as it varies based on breed and size. Breed restrictions apply.

Very impressed by the rental company, communication was top-notch! Place was as advertised and pictured, very clean, in a quiet neighborhood right on a waterway. Check-in with code was very easy! Stores and restaurants a short drive away. The only teensy issue was the faucet in the bathroom was very low pressure and just a very thin stream of water. Would stay again in a heartbeat! Weather was very hot, a cover or roof over the patio would be a nice addition. Kitchen was well stocked with all the basics!

Fantastic and functional condo!

Nice and clean property very easy access. The check-in process was easy and there was great communication from the owners. I sent them an issue with the AC thermostat and it was taken care of in a timely manner. Thanks!

Short stay in paradise

The rental was very clean and came with everything promised to make it a smooth and comfortable stay. Very safe neighborhood with a couple of high end restaurants and coffee/ice cream places within walking distance. The back sliding door could use some WD40 or realignment as my friend and I struggled to open and close it. We would recommend and stay again.

Great place!

We had a family event in the area, this was perfect for our needs. It is clean and had all the necessities for us. The outdoor area is fantastic, right on the water with boat slips feet away.

Be sure to ask about the pet fee

Full disclosure, we are new to VRBO. Perhaps we just don’t know the process. We booked for 2 adults and 2 pets. Paid the nightly rate, cleaning & service fee. 2 months later, we asked for check in instructions. The property wanted my credit card info (emailed directly to property) and approval for EXTRA $X00 pet fee. (not disclosing amount don’t want review removed) Wouldn’t property be required to disclose all fees prior to the cancellation period? They KNEW we were bringing pets. Why wait until 3 days before to disclose the extra fee?! On principle alone, I can’t believe VRBO allows this. Additionally, several issues w/ property: • Garbage disposal would not turn on & severely LEAKED from bottom. • They had bucket under sink to catch the stinky water. We dumped the stinky water in bathtub a few times a day. We basically couldn’t use the kitchen because of the sink. • The washing machine was unusable. It would become off balance every time, sounded like it will go through the wall. • The bathroom sink was slow drain, thankfully there was a plunger, but seems ridiculous we had to plunge our sink every day. • There was visible dog hair on couch and floor. I only mention this because of the hefty cleaning fees to “sanitize” the unit. They wanted $X00 total for cleaning fees (and we have hairless cats, lol) 🙃 We like the extra space of having a few bedrooms but honestly we will just get a suite at a hotel…the price is the same after all the fees.

The place was immaculate!!!

This place was so clean, comfortable, and had everything you need! It was in a great location! I highly recommend this place! The cleanest place I have stayed and the check in and out was easy!

Nice get away

Overall this property was as expected. Neighborhood was quiet, no issues experienced with noise during stay other than noise from nearby construction. Was not overly bothersome as our unit was located at back of property. Unit was clean and comfortable. Property has some old chairs and "stuff" laying by fences, etc. Landscaping is somewhat lacking and appears in need of attention. Welcome pack did not contain all items to make coffee (no filters for machine), and single use creamer on counter was spoiled. Minor issues easily resolved with a quick trip to the store. Overall not a 5 star experience but would stay here again if the need arises.

Florida vacation

It is a nice condo, size and layout. It was quiet and peaceful. Bed was comfortable and clean. In the list of features it mentioned that beach towels were supplied, so we didn't bring any, but there were none. A bar-b-q came with the unit, I started it to warm it up and returned to start bar-b-q-ing and the propane was empty. Literature with the unit stated when propane is empty please fill it. I believe that the propane should be monitored by the owners/property managers and replaced. Do you expect a short term renter to fill a whole bottle and use it a couple of times. Also the cushions on the deck furniture should be cleaned, they were dirty. If the units would have been fully occupied there wouldn't be any privacy if both units with the deck were being used at the same time. A privacy screen between the units with the deck would be a good idea. Finally for all the money and work that went into the reno of this unit why wasn't and vent fan included in the bathroom, for moisture and odor. Having the window open is not a good option because of the sidewalk passing by it and neighbouring properties. But we enjoyed our stay there. The unit's interior was clean and decorated nicely. And if we are in the area again we would consider staying there again.
