The Westin Tampa Bay
Exceptional customer service. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. They really went above and beyond. My room was clean and had a beautiful view. I would definitely stay there again.

So many issues with our room, most importantly the main door that wouldn't lock and would allow anyone to walk in without a key. Hilton Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa
Room service didn’t come until 5:30 and did not restock towels. Front desk reception was snippy, refused to provide information when asked and told to look online. Room was overall clean but had an odor. The building itself was clean and bartenders / bus boys were friendly
