Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
The Room are spacious, clean and fresh. There are lots of moths, insects on the wall and on the floor. We need to cook our own breakfast, only eggs, hotdog and margarine and cooking utensils are provided. The Breakfasts are very limited, everyday the same thing. The staff are friendly. We may consider in staying Dear Dino again, if we want to travel to Cameron Highlands. Thank you.

No good for individual booking when there is group

Booked standard family room but was given 2connecting rooms with backyard view at basement instead of garden view when we late check in around 9pm. On 2nd day, after some hard time of waiting and talking to the management on we just need to get back the exact room type that we booked, hours later then change to the family room still at next door basement, the sofa in pic not found, garden view still in doubts. Troubles nightmare started when day 2 there was a group birthday party of families, relatives (check in with loud singing (not found this karaoke mentioned in Villa description) till 11:30pm+. My opinion is never ever book this villa home stay when there is a group as can't avoidable usually they will take this villa stay as their own house own property especially the noisy singing session we spotted might have started from day continue from 5pm to 11pm+. Very unpleasant, put us in such odd situation and sad to be there at wrong timing, also the non stop singing noise problem at first floor after closed door still can be heard at basement. Everyone want to have fun but other guests still need the cosy privacy too. The villa is new, bed, room are quite comfortable and clean except pillow too soft too flatten. Just to highlight the room on 2night, toilet accessories like basin and the towels rack seem a bit too high out of standard height. To avoid any inconvenience, best not to stay there when group members having their own celebration and occupying all areas.
