Staff in the reception friendly and very helpfully. Breakfast is qualitativ very good Bungalow are old and must be renewed, not clean ( sofa, bathroom and kitchen) . And the acoustic isolation is very bad , noisy cars and motorcycles during the night .

Hotel rooms were nice and ours had a nice view. We had some difficulty getting wash cloths, but that was our experience in our travels outside the US overall. Staff was very kind and gracious. Breakfast was good and there were nice views at the breakfast restaurant and by the pool. All the restaurants were not open but there were still good rating options. Not many vegan options, but there were some especially at breakfast. They were able to make accommodations at on of the restaurants that we went at the hotel. This may also be specific to the region.

I was given 2 towels for a family of 4 two adults two kids, when asked the front desk to sends us some we were told th exchange the towels we had use for the new towels.. not nice

This property is far from the city centre and your stuck there if no taxi comes, which happens often and no one call you a taxi so your stranded there. The room we had for two days was soaking in water outside the bathroom door and we complained several times and nothing was done. When we called reception for the numerous problems we had, we only ever got a response when we went to the front desk.

It was a horrible stay, I paid for bungalow and it is more expensive but it was so bad . Inside was worn up and no towels until I called them and there were a LOT of bugs, defenetly no five star hotel First night I could not sleep because there were bug which did a Loud noise so in the morning I told them to change to a normal double but they refused even that bungalow were more expensive Girl in reception had a bad attitude and was so cold and would help and ignored me totally so watch out for this hotel and please Hotels.com the pictures on the webside is really not like in real

Beside the hotel restaurant employees, their customer service and food was perfect. Farah hotel restaurant employees are amazing especially with the lead of the restaurant Manager Hassan who made our experience amazing..Thank you Hassan you’re the best!! Thanks to your team and chef. Otherwise I had a bad experience at the check in very bad customer service, no clear communication. I called 4 days in a row before my stay to confirm my arrival to ask about upgrade options but I had no answer. At the arrival I stand at the front reception for a bit while 2 receptionists finishing their tasks but no one greeted me!! After that I was assigned a room that is absolutely not matching the description or the pic on Expedia reservation. Tried to negotiate but no results! This is my second time at this hotel my first experience last year was much better. Not sure I will be back again!!

Etablissement merveilleux avec une vue surprenante

Etablissement somptueux placé sur les hauteurs de la ville. La chambre avec vue sur mer a été pour nous un pur régal ! Le personnel a été d'une gentillesse irréprochable du début à la fin. Nous tenons tout particuliÚrement à remercier Aya et Brahim qui ont été trÚs réactif et trÚs professionnel pour nous trouver une chambre dÚs 13:00 afin que nous puissions déposer nos affaires ! La piscine est magnifique avec une vue surplombant la mer. Je recommande cet hÎtel idyllique et son personnel chaleureux les yeux fermés. J'espÚre que nous aurons l'occasion d'y revenir un jour !

Petit dĂ©jeuner copieux et variĂ©, personnel du restau trĂšs gentils et volontaires avec mention spĂ©ciale Ă  Mr Sohaib, Mr Hassan et la dame qui prĂ©pare les msmen, crĂȘpes.... 2 grandes piscines une avec ambiance et une super calme. Par ailleurs aucun rapport qualitĂ© prix. Vieux Ă©quipements, pas propre, il faut toujours rĂ©clamer pour les serviettes et ça m'est arrivĂ©e d'attendre plus de 2h en relançant trois fois pour en avoir. Beaucoup d'instects et d'arraignĂ©es dans l'appart. AccĂšs aux bongalows avec beaucoup de marches et pas Ă©clairĂ©, compliquĂ© pour personnes ĂągĂ©s et avec bagages car personne ne nous a accompagnĂ© pour nous montrer ou c'est ni pour nous aider Ă  ramener nos bagages . Malheureusement, trĂšs déçus de notre expĂ©rience !!

Tres mauvaise experience!!! Chambre avec poussiĂšre, mauvaise odeurs.... Impossible de se doucher sans mouiller le parterre car pas d'isolement des douches tout se mouille. Chambres faites apres 17:00 et oubli des serviettes a chaque fois. Pour aller au cabanon pas d'acces direct oblige d'enlever les talons

je ne recommande a personne d y aller Ă  cet hĂŽtel , j’ai passĂ© le nouvel an la bas avec ma sƓur , j’ai pris un bungalow 1- ils m’ont donnĂ© un dans le dernier bout de l’hĂŽtel dont la porte ne se clĂŽture pas ainsi le tĂ©lĂ©phone de la chambre ne fonctionne pas .. aprĂšs deux rĂ©clamations Ă  la rĂ©ception , ils nous ont envoyĂ© un technicien qui n’arrivait pas Ă  le clĂŽturer donc ils nous ont changĂ© de bungalow avec un autre plus pire .. le canapĂ© Ă©tait plein de trous de cigarettes , et la surpuise sur le gĂąteau , la lumiĂšre s’est coupĂ© , j’ai appelĂ© le service de rĂ©ception , la premiĂšre fois m’a rĂ©pondu que c’est du Ă  la carte , j’explique au monsieur que la carte de la chambre est branchĂ© , il me rĂ©ponds par merci de ressayer encore une fois .. environ 20 min , la lumiĂšre n’est pas retournĂ©e . LĂ  quand je lui ai rappelĂ© . Ou es le technicien ? Il me rĂ©pond avec froideur .. normalement la lumiĂšre doit se retourner .. quand j’ai explosĂ© Ă  lui au tĂ©lĂ©phone .. ensuite il envoie un technicien et ils nous ont changĂ© vers un autre bungalow .. ce dernier Ă©tait bien , il m’as dit que c’est rĂ©novĂ© .. mais je ne comprends pas pourquoi le monsieur des la premiĂšre ne checke pas les Ă©tats des chambres avant les distrubuer .. ensuite celui-lĂ  aussi le tĂ©lĂ©commande de la tĂ©lĂ© ne fonctionne pas .. je suis parti Ă  la rĂ©ception , je demande Ă  la rĂ©ception , vous pourriez svp rĂ©gler ça . Y avait une dame brune .. elle me rĂ©pond en froideur ok j’envoie quelqu’un .. personne n’est arrivĂ© ..
