Great location in front of the ocean and close to shopping mall and good restaurants. I find staff is kind of oblivious to the needs of someone who just checks in. The reception was cold and without explanation of the hotel amenities or whatsoever. A person who didn’t speak English, French or Spanish took me to a room on the 2nd floor which wasn’t ready, then to the 3rd floor, it wasn’t ready either. Finally to the 1st floor to a noisy room almost at street level with no towels. I had to ask twice for. I came from a long trip by land and I needed a shower. It took TWO hours to finally get them. Not impressed with the staff.

The location was excellent! The room was facing the beach, there were a huge selection of shops and eateries around, all at walking distance. The staff were extremely friendly and we had no issues checking in and out. On occasions it was slightly noisy on the main promenade, but the hotel was not responsible for any of this. It was well worth the price we paid, especially being the peak season.

Hôtel très bien, propre, personnel accueillant. A savoir cet Hôtel est situé a un rond point, donc très bruyant surtout que la circulation est dense jusqu'à 4h du matin et sans oublier les sifflets de la police.

séjour fantastique ! c est la 2e fois! Personnel très sympathique et serviable! vue sur la mer magnifique depuis ma chambre ! très propre et hyper bien situé à 10 minutes à pied de la médina. Un grand merci à Fadwa toujours hyper souriante et de bons conseils. Merci également à Mohammed pour son aide!

C’est à un carrefour giratoire police avec sifflet klaxon sans arrêt même la nuit. Pas insonorisé c’est comme si j’étais dehors! Mais le personnel très gentil et la chambre très belle

El hotel vale lo que pagas , es un Hotel barato, mi cuarto tenia tv y aire pero no tenia los controles para usarlo, tenia vista al mar pero se escucha todo el ruido de la calle , en la ducha se sale el agua , el personal fue amable, hacen limpieza diaria, la ubicacion es excelente.
