This is the most wonderful hotel I’ve ever stayed in! The resort is so beautiful and the friendly and kind staff went above and beyond to make sure we had an incredible stay. The food at the restaurant is amazing and there are so many small gestures they do to make your day. Could not recommend it enough!

Stay at the Oberoi is always amazing. The warm staff, the food, etc. We took the airport pick up from the hotel itself. It was seamless, we were offered a wet towel on our arrival, teh driver was very friendly. Even though guy hr we reached early the staff were kind enough to check us in early. The lunches we had at the Sun bird cafe were really yumm. The masala chai and snacks during tea time were also yumm. The property has their own jetty so it was really convenient to go diving and snorkelling. Pijaan, the person who took us diving was really very very professional and warm at the same time. Each night, dinner was special, there was traditional dance one night, Indonesian street food special another, etc etc. Will definitely come back next year :)

This is a very nice resort. The scenery, layout, and services are excellent. My only criticism (and it is minor) is that the location of the resort is isolated, and I sometimes felt like I was a captive.

From start to finish, this was an exceptional experience. The setting is stunning, the grounds are beautiful and expertly maintained. A relaxed paradise

This is a wonderfull place to relax and get away from it all. We enjoyed four nights in luxuary surrounded by a lovely and very friendly staff. Views are fantastic and the food a delightful experience. Also a day trip by boat resulted in swimming with the local Gili-turtles. A wonderful experience.

If you’re looking for a place to stay at in Lombok that’s a true indulgence and focused on making you feel like a VIP, as well as closer to North Lombok, the waterfalls and of course easily accessible to the Gili Islands, the Oberoi is it! Amazing service and food! Everything was taken care of before I could even ask. I traveled solo and they were sure to make me feel so welcome and pampered. Their chef Ansel is just the best. Each and every single dish I had was just phenomenal. They even sent me a recipe for one when I told them it was heaven! The activities from the hotel were so good as well. Convenient and reasonably priced. I had four spa treatments and each left me in complete relaxation and just…light. The property is clean and well taken care of. Their tea time at 4:30 is a full on spread. They have cocktails at happy hour which are buy one get one….and so many other things just complimentary for their guests. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to go to Lombok. What you get for your money is incredible.
