"Lisa is a wonderful host who met us, gave us a warm welcome and a short tour of her amazing apartment. The holiday home was spotlessly clean, extremely well equipped and very well maintained to a high standard. As the name suggests the property is next to North Berwicks wonderful east beach, it’s also a two minute walk to the town centre with its great restaurants, cafes and independent shops. We’ve stayed in North Berwick on numerous occasions and can honestly say this is probably the best holiday home that we have stayed in and we definitely hope to return to in the future."

"This property was amazing. My husband and I stayed her for the final 3 days of our 2 week trip. It was exactly what we wanted. Quiet with an amazing view. Still close enough to go do things and get food but far enough to be away from people. We recommend this place for a couple or a single looking for a getaway away from crowds and who just want to enjoy the beauty of the area. "

"This home is beautiful, well equipped, and comfortable. We were a party of three couples and a single and had multiple places to gather for relaxation and dining. The property is gorgeous! Plan some time to just enjoy all the property has to offer. We would have enjoyed spending more time here, and would definitely rent again, if opportunity allows."

"We stayed for a long weekend at North Berwick with my elderly Mother. The location is fantastic, being almost on the sea front with spectacular views out to Bass Rock.The house had everything we needed, with a large well equipped kitchen and two lounges.We chose Guillemots because we needed ground floor living accommodation for Mum. Whilst she managed the ground floor room with en suite, it isn't particularly set up for a disabled person, and so anyone doing similar may need to take grab rails or equipment."
