The windows and doors to the balcony block out a lot of noise so barely heard the trains going past. Bed was huge and comfortable so we slept well. The staff we met were very friendly and helpful!"

"Place is fine but the owner is one of the most rude people I've every spoken too - he was literally shouting out me and not listening. I book over 300 rooms per year, so have dealt with many hotel owners. Despite being a regular customer, he insisted on charging a late check in fee, even though he could not show me where this was mentioned at the time of booking. After promising to meet me to discuss, he sent a poor, junior staff member, knowing he would have to try and deal with this. Poor owner, poor boss - I feel sorry for his employees."
