While the room was clean enough and the breakfast decent, one specific experience at this hotel left us with a bad impression. I upgrades to a larger room with two beds to accommodate a last minute acquaintance of mine. The keys they gave us stopped working for several hours. We left for the day and when we came back they refused to give us two keys despite having an upgraded room for 2 guests. The front desk staff also demanded my payment which is customarily paid at the end of the stay. If you plan to have two guests note that you cannot have different entry times and autonomy. The front desk lady was rude and didnt seem to care or understand why we were unhappy with not being able to use the room for hours in the morning. There are many nice hotels in Tashkent. You do not have to put up with a hotel with rude staff.

Apartment is spacious, beds are very comfortable. Big refrigerator, stove, microwave. The problem is that there is no cookware, so if you want to cook anything, you have to buy cookware. Also, we had 3 people staying in, but only two big towels. It took two days for staff to get us third towel. Also breakfast is barely passable. The biggest issue for me was that everything was cold, The few dishes, that should be hot, were cold. Very few choices. Very disappointing. Receptionist was not nice, promising and not doing what she promised.
