Nice place to stay for the night, -- mind your head when you are upstairs. A shame that it's not facing west to take advantage of the evening sun. Even so, very warm -- the fan was definitely needed.

Skotel Alpine Resort
Helpful staff and good restaurant on site. The room was clean, albeit super hot and there was no fan or air con. The kitchen is small considering the size of the site but had most things one would need.

Adventure Lodge & Motel
Clean room and bathrooms. Overall great facility!! John drove us to the Alpine crossing and gave us a walkthrough of the history behind the tongariro national park and safety tips for the hike. We had a great experience. Thank you John.
