I stayed here with my family for 3 nights. Excellent location, very welcoming and accommodating host. The big kitchen and lounge room with the fireplace was great for entertaining and family connection. Bedrooms were comfortable. Everything was clean and in good condition. Would stay again!

We booked this for our friends to stay at for our Wedding. They absolutely loved their stay at Mahoe Lodge and were completely blown away by it and the beautiful surroundings of the Whanganui River. Anei the host was so so lovely and very accommodating, great communication and support when needed. Great facilities and rooms and setup. Thank you! The place is very special!! Highly recommend and we will be back one day :)

the property was stunning and had everything we could have asked for. As a team of work colleagues staying in town while doing a project it was great to come home each day and relax then cook a meal in the kitchen. Everyone had a great time and all felt welcome. Special call out to owner and his team who made us all feel very welcome and a smooth process.

Superb Place to Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The kids loved the hot tub, ping pong table, and the huge lawn space to play. The place was super clean and ultra modern with ample supplies and help was just a phone call away. The huge fireplaces inside and outside were lovely. Highly recommend!

Base to ride Timber Trail Mountain Bike Ride
