2 Mile Cosy Corner with Wi-Fi, 2 minute walk to lake edge and restaurant

2 Mile`s Cosy Corner is a 3 bedroom property in a quiet part of Taupo. It is nestled down a private driveway which is shared with the neighbouring property. There are is 2 queen beds and 3 single beds making it the ideal choice for small families or a couple of friends for a weekend getaway. There is a sunroom looking over the deck with scattered views of the lake and mountains.
The lake is 1 block away and close to 2 Mile Bay Sailing Club for the best pizza and cold drinks on a sunny day !

There are 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, bedroom 2 has 2 x king single beds, and bedroom 3 has a queen bed. There is an extra single bed in the walkthrough space to bedroom 3.
1 family bathroom with a bath and separate shower.

Free car park space for 2 cars only. Extra cars must be parked on the street . This is to enable the neighbour easy access to his property.
Please note there is an exterior camera at the property which faces down the driveway for security purposes

Breakfast is NOT provided.

Before check in, guest will be asked to choose between a refundable security deposit or a non refundable damage waiver. (portal link will be sent to guest after your booking is confirmed)
Strictly no parties or gatherings. If you would like visitors during your stay, please let us know. This way we won`t disturb you if we consider there to be extra guests at the property.
Only the maximum number of guests stated on the booking are permitted to stay.
If extra guests are found to be at the property they will be asked to leave.
Please do not ask if extra guests/children can stay on blow up mattresses the answer will always be `no`, for health and safety reasons.
Non compliance of the maximum number of guests or the no party rule may result in eviction without refund.

No tents.
