House information & conditions:
Please be considerate of our shared driveway and keep noise to a minimum when arriving or leaving at night. Parking is strictly limited to the property and must not extend onto neighbouring properties.
This is a non-smoking property, both inside and in the immediate outdoor areas.
Pets are welcome by prior approval only.
This property is not suitable for stag or hen party groups.
Our base rate applies to 4 guests, with additional guests charged per night.
Linen and WiFi are included in your stay.
Adult supervision is recommended for the outdoor play area and trampoline. These facilities are used at guests’ own risk, and full responsibility for their use rests with guests.

If you have a larger group than 14, we also have on offer 4 foam squabs as well as a Porta cot, to accomodate different guest needs for sleeping arrangements.
