The corner condo comfortably sleeps families and groups, with a king bedroom for a peaceful night's rest, a queen bedroom, and a fun bunk bed that's perfect for the kids or extra guests. The living room also features a queen sofa bed, giving everyone a comfortable place to settle in.

As evening rolls around, freshen up in either of the two full bathrooms, each featuring a walk-in shower and thoughtful essentials to make your stay easy and comfortable. And with central air conditioning throughout, you'll always have a cool, refreshing place to return to after soaking up the Florida sun.

Whether you're spending your days on the water, exploring the Keys, or simply slowing down and enjoying the view, this is the kind of place where vacation starts to feel like home.

We are fortunate to share this unique setting surrounded by protected mangroves and natural conservation areas.

The community is home to a variety of native wildlife, including ospreys and other coastal birds.

For guests planning to use marina facilities, slip and trailer reservations must be arranged in advance directly with the Dockmaster.

**Please note:** Boat slips are not included with your reservation and must be reserved separately.

The marina accommodates boats up to 28 feet in length.

Slip rentals at Ocean Pointe Suites Marina are available on a first-come, first-served basis and must be reserved in advance.

All vessels are required to carry insurance with minimum coverage of:

* $300,000 liability
* $100,000 property damage

This coverage is required by the Ocean Pointe at Key Largo Condominium Association, and proof of insurance must be provided at the time of reservation.
