The Space:

Upon entering the home you’ll be greeted by the blue-green colors of the Atlantic and lush mangroves of the protected nature preserve.

You'll find coastal inspired two bedroom two bathroom apartment tastefully decorated with all new kitchen, bath, furniture, lighting and bedding, including stainless steel appliances and washer/dryer.



Gather in the spacious living room with your family and play a board game from the many you will have to choose from. There is also a flat screen television to enjoy a movie for a quiet night in.

The kitchen is stocked with all the cooking essentials.

The master bedroom features a king sized bed with superior 400 thread count sheets, and flat screen television. The ensuite master bathroom has beautiful walk in shower. The guest bedroom has two twin sized beds and connected bathroom that features a shower/tub combo. There is an elevator for your convenience, but stairs are there too in case you want to get your steps in.





THE PROPERTY:



Enjoy access to all the resort amenities including:

- BEACH access from the property. Beach chairs are provided;

- Huge heated swimming POOL and HOT TUB with loungers, umbrellas and tables;

- Two private TENNIS courts and Pickleball

- 24/7 FRONT gate security

- Several charcoal BBQ stations throughout the property;

- 2 assigned PARKING spots per each unit;

- On-site MARINA (up to 28ft boats). All jet powered watercraft (i.e. jet skis, jet boats, etc.) are strictly prohibited. Boats exceeding the registered length of 28 feet are strictly prohibited.



Other things to note:

Marina Slips are run by a separate entity.

Guest Access:

Enjoy all the resort has to offer from sun up to sun down. You and your family will have fun making memories snorkeling to reefs, playing a game of tennis, paddle boarding through the mangrove tunnels or just plain relaxing. Lounge by the stunning Jr Olympic sized pool with vibrant lounge chairs, umbrellas and cabana bar. Finish the dat with an outdoor BBQ to complete the laid back environment you've been searching to find.



The Neighborhood:

Ocean Pointe Suites, nestled on 60 exclusive acres in South Key Largo, is gated and manned 24/7. This ocean side condo is only 10 miles from John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park and 1.7 miles from the Wild Bird Sanctuary. The Florida Keys is home to some of the best fishing, snorkeling and diving in the world. Key Largo's proximity to the everglades also makes it a premier destination for kayakers and ecotourists. The drive to Key West is approximately 2 hours south and is remarkable! The Florida Keys offer a fantastic variety restaurants, but with the bounty of fresh seafood available its not surprising that the cuisine of the keys is largely built around the catch of the day.



Getting Around:

Having a vehicle is highly recommended with vacationing in the Keys. Ocean Pointe is roughly 70 miles south of Miami International Airport and approximately a 2 hour drive to the southern most point in Key West. There is plenty of parking on property for our guests.

Please treat my home as if it was your own. No Smoking or Pets, please.



Pest Control is one of my top priorities since all properties located in this tropical environment are vulnerable to becoming infested with roaches, ants, and spiders. Nothing will ruin a family vacation faster than having to share your unit with these unwelcome guests. That is why all my units are treated and inspected on a regular basis by a Professional Extermination Company.



Please treat me home as if it was your own.



PETS AND SMOKING ARE PROHIBITED



Please respect our neighbors. Guest are asked to refrain from loud parties, no destructive behavior or drugs!!! If police are called to condo during your stay, you will be ask to leave and forfeit remaining rent. Renters are responsible for cleanliness of condo during your rental stay.



MARINA INFORMATION:



Advance reservations are required for all marina and trailer reservations. All marina and trailer reservations are handled by a separate entity, First Service Residential. You must contact First Service Residential to reserve. Reservations cannot be made upon arrival – all reservations must be made in advance.



The marina will accept boats up to 28 feet.



Ocean Pointe Suites Marina slip rentals are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. All boats are required to carry insurance ($300,000.00 Liability and $100,000.00 property damage) as mandated by Ocean Pointe at Key Largo Condominium Association. Proof of insurance is required upon making reservations. Boats not carrying the minimum required coverage will not be allowed onto property.
