We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Quinta Dos Perfumes—just the tonic we needed. The countryside setting is peaceful and idyllic, surrounded by beautiful orange groves, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing holiday. The hotel is ideally located, only a 20-minute walk or 10-minute bike ride from Cabanas, where you can find a selection of great restaurants, a fantastic beach on the island, and easy access to Tavira. It’s also only a 20-minute walk to Conceição train station if you wish to visit other areas further afield without hiring a car. The local Ubers are very reasonable and reliable too.
The highlight of our stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff and the delicious homemade cakes. The reception team and the cleaners were all so friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Nothing was too much trouble. Special thanks to Sergio, Elizabete, and Anna—you truly made our stay memorable! We’d also like to thank the adorable French bulldog, Diogo. He was such a delightful part of the experience, and we loved giving him extra pats and tummy rubs.
