I really like the hotel but I don’t like the room was dirty and a lot of spiders and another bugs in the room, no hot water to shower. On the beds were not clean and a lot of bugs on the beds so hard to fall sleep we were scare to get bit by them.

Terrible service. Dirty room. Ask for assistance to clean it or a towel so i could clean it my self, staff ignored us. Tvs dont work no a/c. Beds are extremely hard. Toilets dont flush good. Towel for the pool are worst than rags.Hotel has potential but needs work. For the same price or lower you can get a way better hotel with great service and pool.

The facility was well located however it was old and dirty, the bed and mattress were old and not in good conditions, the water was cold. I think the hotel is nice however it needs maintenance. The parking into the hotel was very good.

Staff is friendly and service is good. Yet, there is a massive underinvestment in the property and linens. The bed mattress was extremely lumpy (the kind where you can feel every spring in your back) and probably havent been changed in decades. The pillows are even worse. Towels/ bed linen is also old and has that crusty feel to them. Food was pretty bad too (we just had breakfast) so would definitely suggest going out for food. I think there are a lot better -value options in Taxco.

A beautiful hotel, however I reserved two rooms one for my husband, daughter & I and another one for my dad and his family & for both it took about 40 minutes for the hot water to run, my father and his family had to shower with cold water. I let the water run until hot water came out but they did not know. The towels were so hard and dry they felt nasty. The tv was in an area that you could not plug it in to watch it which made no sense. Then in the restroom some kind of dry wall plaster thing kept chipping falling all over the bathroom sink and my stuff, I took pictures of it.

Se realizó un evento social, cúal al ser una boda se puede entender que fue con meses de antelación. Entonces desde la reservación se pudo haber avisado sobre el día del evento al menos, y si no se pudo en la reservación, entonces a la llegada, al hacer el check-in también es información que se puede notificar a los huéspedes, ya que el día que yo tenía designado para ocupar la alberca no pude hacerlo debido al evento. Considero que es una falta de atención al tiempo de los huéspedes. Escogí este hotel por la alberca y dentro del costo esta el uso que no se otorgó debido a esa falta de atención. Pienso que pueden organizar bien este tipo de eventos y visitantes durante las fechas designadas para no molestar incluso el sueño de los demas. No pudimos dormir adecuadamente. Avisar y considerar el tiempo de los huéspedes es cortesía fundamental.
