"This is a very clean property with exceptionally helpful and friendly staff. Check-in was fast and seamless. The room was spacious, with vinyl floors and a powerful, quiet AC unit. It is in a perfect location, close to a major plaza filled with shops and restaurants. The hotel serves a nice breakfast from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM to start your day, and complimentary coffee is available in the lobby 24/7. There is also a small, well-maintained pool. I highly recommend staying here!"

"The breakfast was excellent . The rooms were nice but as soon as we got in we notice stains on the carpet We feel that should have been cleaned before it was rented as it was the first thing we saw when we came in. Everything else was up to par. Bathroom was very clean and our king size bed was very comfortable, we would certainly return but hope that they have clean the rugs"

"The website indicates that there is a hot tub on site, but a staff member said that it was a sitting tub only. We were a bit disappointed about that. Our room didn’t have much a view. The staff was lovely. They were very helpful. The resort was well kept and it was in a great location. It was affordable too! Close drive to Bala and to Coldwater which were lovely towns to visit! We would book this venue again."

"Not the first time we have stayed at this hotel. Just off the hwy so easy to find. Always clean. Handy to have sockets on the bedside tables. Breakfast has a good selection and coffee was good too. Only thing missing was a safe."
