"The property and staff were exceptional. Great central, walkable area. Amazing breakfast buffet with a extremely large variety of food to choose from. Gym was very well equipped with equipment and fitness staff. Conceige staff went beyond helpful to ensure that we had everything we needed and made last minute tour arrangements for us that waa exactly what we were looking for and the added personal picture of our time was so deeply thoughtful and appreciated. Highly recommend this hotel."

"The hotel is in a great location: an abundance of shops and assortment of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Food at the hotel is good from the Club Lounge to the main restaurant in lobby. I highly recommend the dim sum on the second floor. I have been staying at the NW for many years. The staff is its greatest asset: I would like to especially commend Babylyn and her team at the Residence Club, in particular, Wilson (at breakfast) and Jim (evening cocktails). They not only took care of me and my guests, but are outstanding in every way to all of their guests. I will keep returning however the hotel is quite old and in need of an update: management I’m certain is aware, hopefully the owners have a game-plan, which will be costly and time-consuming. Anyway, thank you for a wonderful and comfortable stay! Jim from Hawaii"

"My stay at The Peninsula Manila felt truly special. The hotel was spotless and beautifully decorated, with a festive Christmas spirit that made every visit through the lobby feel warm and welcoming. The staff were kind and attentive, and Dennis, our waiter, was especially outstanding—friendly, thoughtful, and genuinely welcoming. More than just a beautiful hotel, it felt like a home away from home. I loved my time here and would be happy to return."

"We started this about 5 years ago,when we come to manila,we meet my daughter and the 2 grand kids,they LOVE the pool,hard to get them out of it.Last night without us saying anything,on their own, went to bed ,no tv,no I'm not tired,Both said ,they needed rest for to days pool time, easy check in ,staff helpful ,breakfast NICE,room Nice ,not far from places to eat at Mall of Asia.Great easy weekend with the family,"
