Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
I made a reservation for the OZ hotel in Tbilisi trough Expedia. When I arrived to the hotel address it was CLOSED. The local people said it was closed for a long time. The phone number didn't answer and they didn't provide a refund. It was the most horrible travel experience for me.
Stayed 1 night in Sep 2026
